Some agencies are happy for me to speak with their clients direct, while others prefer I stay ‘behind the scenes’ with everything going through them. I’m not precious about how we work together – so if you have a way that you’d prefer for us to work, please say.
Ooh, and don’t forget to send through any NDAs you need me to sign!
However, when it comes to writing, I am very particular about how I work because it’s a craft I’ve honed over several years (and learned some lessons the very hard way!).
🧁Brief: this could be something you’ve written, a phone call, or a few bullet points in an email.
🧁Research: I perform this all myself and will scour the client’s website for existing content to reference.
🧁Skeleton: I’ll send you the outline with an accompanying video to talk you through it, ready for you/your client to review and approve.
🧁v1: typically I’ll draft this within 3-days of receiving feedback.
🧁Amends: as standard I include 2x rounds of revisions.

More than words®
Over the last 15 years as a B2B marketer, I’ve learned how to squeeze extra value from my content. I serve up extra ideas, insights, and search optimisation wherever I can. By truly understanding your clients, I can distil their knowledge into hard-working content that reflects their true voice.
