Case study: Gate One

Using stories to communicate Gate One’s difference

Gate One is a specialist management consultancy. It has designed and delivered some of the largest organisations’ most complex business and digital transformations.

As a people-centric business, Gate One wanted to showcase the high-calibre consultants it employs by sharing their stories and skills.

To highlight their knowledge and expertise, I have ghost-written thought leadership articles on behalf of some of the company’s senior consultants and managers. These articles have covered a range of topical issues, including artificial intelligence, shadow IT and 5G.

In addition, Gate One was looking to gain third-party recognition for its team’s dedication and skill in delivering outstanding client projects. Through entering a series of awards, the company has demonstrated how it is able to deliver meaningful change long after its consultants have left the client engagement.

When writing on behalf of members of our team, Alice has been able to perfectly capture their individual tone of voice, while reflecting Gate One’s overall brand messaging and positioning. All the articles have been received well internally, and they’re producing some impressive digital statistics on our website. She’s also been able to present our business in an engaging and compelling way to capture the judges’ attention across several award submissions. One was for our industry’s main body, the MCA, where we wanted to recognise an exceptionally talented member of our team. In a category where most of her peers had 10 years’ more experience and worked for The Big Four, Alice’s submission got her all the way to the final. It was a huge boost for our consultant and a win for Gate One.”
