Case study: Process Bliss

Providing Process Bliss with tactical copy to boost its users

Process Bliss (now trading as beSlick) is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) start-up. It has developed a simple process management platform to ensure that things are done the same way, by everyone, everytime. By focussing the product development around people, the platform is able to reassure managers, empower users, and help the business to continually improve.

After launching its beta, Process Bliss needed to start driving users to register for an account and start using the product. As an inexpensive SaaS product, the focus was on optimising the website to drive online registrations.

I have contributed over 100 pieces of content to the blog, which focus on:

  • Optimising specific keywords and phrases to boost the site’s organic search engine optimisation (SEO).
  • Crafting more direct landing pages to increase the conversion rates of the pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.

“We knew that getting the website to work and drive sign-ups was the most important thing in our marketing efforts. And working with Alice to produce the content means that I’m free to focus on everything else. She knows our business and is always challenging us and looking for new things we could try to optimise our conversion rate. And I love that I can give her a simple keyword and know she’ll come back with quality content that’s fully researched and engaging. By monitoring the analytics, we can quickly test new ideas, and easily see the messaging that resonates best with the audience.”
